Design Development

As the design process continues to move forward, our team will start developing more concise designs for your project. It is during this phase that your vision will truly start to come to life, as we produce more detailed floor plans, exterior elevations, and 3D modeling of your new home.

Programming

Every project has a starting point, where interested parties come together to talk about what needs to be done in order to complete the necessary work. In custom home design, everything begins with the programming stage.

3D Modeling & Renderings

James L Carroll & Associates 3D modeling incorporate precisely scaled measurements that result in an accurate real-life digital depiction of your project. This 3D visualization is instrumental throughout the design process and is incorporated to some degree in most projects.

Design & Drafting

The James L Carroll & Associates design & drafting team is headed by James Carroll himself who manages every phase from the planning stages right down to the last detail prior to delivery of your drafting documents.

Site Selection

Site selection is one of the most exciting phases in any project, because it involves the scouting of locations and the decision of where best to locate your new home. Once a site is chosen, James Carroll personally spends time at the site analyzing the best views, sun orientation, and best placement for the building(s), driveway, outdoor amenities and other outdoor living spaces.

Bidding

James Carroll will personally help in the bidding process by attending meetings with potential general contractors and reviewing those bids with you.
